If you know me, you know that I use my flat iron or my curling iron multiple times every week. I also always carry them in my suitcase whenever I travel. Ever since I dyed my hair back in August, I’ve noticed that my hair tends to look more dry and lifeless, so I have been trying to find ways to protect it, as well as to preserve the color. I will share all of my favorite tips in an upcoming post, but the most important one is to cut back on the use of heat.
Since I have always air-dried my hair, cutting out blow-drying was not an option for me. I wanted to use less heat in the styling process, but I also did not want to compromise on the results. After doing tons of research, I found that replacing my flat iron with a heat brush was the best solution. This Jade hair straightening brush from Irresistible Me has anti-scald and and-static bristles to ensure virtually no hair damage. My favorite part is that it has a ceramic and tourmaline heating surface, which emits negative ions that actually moisturize and hydrate my hair during the styling process. This tool is super light and has a 8 ft. swivel cord, which makes it perfect for traveling and everyday use. I find that the amount of time it takes me to straighten my hair is cut in half, ever since I replaced my flat iron with this ceramic straightening brush. While my hair is generally pretty easy to manage, I have read online reviews from gals with extremely curly hair, and the Jade brush has worked well for them as well. Overall, I absolutely adore this new find, and I hope that some of you give it a try!
The Jade straightening brush is currently on sale for only $45! If you place your order today, not only will you be saving $24, but you will also receive the brush before Christmas. Last minute shoppers; here’s your perfect gift idea! <3
