Celebrating International Women’s Day with L’Occitane

Happy International Women’s Day, my loves! *GIVEAWAY ALERT*

In honor of this special occasion, L’Occitane has launched a new limited edition Solidarity Balm, and they are donating 100% of the profits to the women of Burkina Faso. They have been working with these inspiring and talented women for 35 years, and you can read about all the great causes that the L’Occitane Foundation supports here. I’m a fan of L’Occitane for many reasons, but their social impact initiatives are definitely at the top of the list.

If you are looking to treat yourself and want some product recommendations, here are my current obsessions:

–The Almond Milk Concentrate: I practically bathe myself in this stuff. The entire Almond line is amazing, but I’ve been especially loving this body cream recently. It’s lighter than my usual shea butter, but it is still moisturizing enough for dry skin.

–The Immortelle Divine Eye Balm: Hands down, my favorite eye cream. It’s the only thing that actually reduces the appearance of my under eye dark circles and puffiness. I use it in the PM, right before I go to bed.

–The Solidarity Balm: Limited edition, available in stores and online until March 20th.

–The Shea Apricot Balm: This is my favorite balm from L’Occitane and it’s essentially a smaller version of the Solidarity Balm viagra preço. This will be available after March 20th, so I definitely recommend get the Solidarity Balm while supplies last!

So what exactly is the Solidarity Balm? It contains mostly shea butter, which is an ideal beauty ingredient that has been used for centuries by women in Sub-saharan Africa to nourish and protect their skin and hair. The balm has a delicious apricot scent, which in my opinion is the best part. I use it as a lip balm and moisturizer for when I’m on-the-go, and it also does an amazing job at taming my fly-aways and baby hairs.
